PRIMARY ROLES:
Research & Find New Leads & Business Opportunities
Build New Client Relationships
Create and Conduct Marketing Presentations with Prospects and Clients
Cold-Call & Meet with Leads & Prospects
Manage CRM & Sales Pipeline
Prepare and maintain proper documentation
Co-ordinate with other Route of Pie Teams
PRIMARY SOFT SKILLS:
Sales & Business Development Skills, Client Relationship Management, Written and Spoken English, Presentation skills, Communication skills
PRIMARY TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint (or similar software), Email
SECONDARY TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Any CRM Software/App/Cloud Platform
EXPERIENCE:
Fresher - 5 Years
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
(Actual market exposure)
Sales, Business Development, Client Management.
KNOWLEDGE:
Creative thought process, Ability to meet targets, Ability to meet deadlines, Work in a team environment.
TARGET ORIENTATION:
This is a target-oriented work profile, and the candidate is expected to meet a certain minimum target.
MOBILITY:
Desk: Moderate | Field: High
This is a field and desk work profile, and the candidate is expected to switch between desk and field, primarily in Mumbai and occasionally in Pune and other metros as business opportunity demands.
